If by boot, you mean DDoS, that's not a very mature way to handle the situation. There just simply needs to be an announcement and anyone that doesn't read the announcement and gets scammed, well that's their fault.

DDoS is illegal, and they're using proxies anyways. Just advise people follow http://villavu.com/forum/announcement.php?a=42, and they'll get bored eventually.
