It's most likely the same person that was trying to drive-by people using the name "SRL_GIVEAWAY" or something like that.
He is only targetting Registered Users, so be careful and do not click any links.
We need an Announcment from an Admin just to state not to click any links that are pm'ed to you.

He's been doing it for a few days now. I've actually banned 2 or 3 accounts already and have IP banned him. SLR_GiveAways is the same person, but from another IP this time. If anyone sees a person spreading such links, please contact the staff immediately!

I saw (maybe him) trying it with an error message and asking for help with an link. It looks really legit and I fall on it. Luckyli I was on my mac ;)

You can still get viruses on mac. Not saying you did because they just aren't as prevalent as windows ones.

What if i runned java :( ,well he got into my acc but ,bank pin was on so… good game.
Anyway i changed my pass every 2 hours and reinstalled java ,scanned computer with various programs..Found a backdoor virus …deleted it and i think im safe now

If you see another attempt to get your account (screenshot ip of last login every time) you may want to consider saving needed files and reformatting or restoring to an earlier system image. A RAT can sometimes stick around through almost anything…
It's a sad day that these types of things have finally hit SRL.
