Hello!

My history here? Way back when I used SCAR frequently and began to learn to code with it; took a break from runescape, so the break from programming went hand-in-hand. When I returned, I never got back into it. Left again. Came back to see that Simba has become popular so decided to hop on.

I've only recently began to learn Pascal; almost my entire programming experience comes from web-based programming.

Hope to keep learning and maybe help out someone! Who knows.

Always nice to see someone with some past experience. Hopefully you won't be completely lost while jumping into working with Simba with your previous experience, but should you have any questions don't be afraid to ask around, we're always willing to help. There's obviously plenty of guides lying around on the forums, so I'd suggest giving a quick look over those first, you'll probably find most of your answers there.

I've been spending today going through some tutorials, and quite frankly it is coming along well! I think my previous knowledge is helping me with the logic of the code, as well as syntax and the statements (if, case, loops, etc.) that are pretty common.

I'm of course still gaining knowledge as to the most effective ways to do other things, use the procedures and functions and what not, but thanks to the community it is coming well!

I was a member of a few different forums, under different names but I cannot for the life of me remember which user names I would have used back then. I do believe I was a member here; but it's a possibility.
