Gucci is doing really well, he's been quite active and releasing a handful of scripts openly to the public. They are simple scripts, yes, but pretty diverse, and I like it if a scripter can tackle a range of scripts that differ quite a bit.

He's good enough for SRL Members, yes, but not scripter's cup IMO

That's what I thought So why are people arguing against it? Thanks NCDS it was a rhetorical question for the most part. ;) Was trying to make some of the others actually think about it. The fact that he is active developing scripts and continuing to learn is plenty. Give it to him.

If we raise the bar so high on Scripter then people will see it as impossible. Honestly I'd like to see more scripters cups given out.

I think a lot of people had the perception at one point. Regardless, Gucci deserves it for his numerous script contributions. Yes by me.

If you've checked out his scripts and given him pointers. See if he's improved his scripts after your pointers. Maybe tell him to apply if you think he is good enough.

Yeah for the Master Cup I believe it's called? I think you must know every aspect of the SRL include, like the back of your hand… and then some.

I'd say give him the cup fo shure and suggest he apply for members.
