Hi, everytime I want to run Simba, a Window shows up. It says that the programme can't be started cause MSVCR71.dll is missing. Well I already tried everything i know, i googled the file, tried to install in manually. This didn't work so I downloaded the "Fixer" well, this programme couldn't install the .dll File either.
Any suggestions?

Try downloading the redistributable and see if that installs it. If not, copy it from your Java folder to your Simba folder (the same place where Simba.exe is located).

Consider using the "Search" feature that is integrated to the forum software.

Basically, you are doing everything correct!…except for the first part :p

When you download the .dll, this time download the alternate version of the .dll. Almost all .dll have an alternate version, if the original isn't working then this one should.

I DID search for that already and tried what where in those Threads, but nothing helped… so I created this Thread.

uhh o.o Sry for the doublepost… but i managed to start it, but yeah the next Problem. How do i Actually start a Script?

installed again java program but close antivirus,firewall.remove java first

I already fixed that problem, my next problem is that i really have no idea how to start a Script, I downloaded a power chopper and it says all the time Exception in Script: Unable to find file 'srl/srl.scar' used from '' I also downloaded the scar file but dont know what to do with it :/

Your using an old script. Look at your error, why does it end in .scar? You're not using scar you're using simba.

Use an updated script
