Could you make some sort of program to grab the Most Updated RS Map Image From here
and then split it into 500x500 map pieces?

And if you want to get really tricky maybe even remove the the Map Symbols and rebuild that area based on the colors around the symbol.

What Are your ideas on this? Sorry if you this is a bit sloppy it's late here and I'm going to bed, I'll check up in the morning.

I think there is something like this? Or maybe I'm just having a déjà vu.

SPS has a tool that takes the RS map and slices it correctly. The link doesn't work for me though :/
