Would be great to see in next build of Simba "Global Hotkeys" , like ctrl+alt+F2 or Ctrl+Shift +F2 instead of F2. Is there way to add hotkeys?

Put that into an extension and load it, it will allow u to register hotkeys.. Then make a Record to accept messages and check it constantly for ur keypress I guess.. I had it register hotkeys before but wasn't able to catch messages cuz I got lazy and I cannot remember y.

There already are global hotkeys. Try Ctrl+alt+r.

Thank you and sorry for i'm being a noob.
There idea to make a bubble help on buttons with notes "Ctrl + Alt + S" and "Ctrl + Alt + R".
