Hi,

I'm kind of low on good idea's so I'm hoping that people will suggest me some good idea's. Please make sure your request is actually possible in Simba and that I'm not looking to spend hundreds of hours. This basicly means that you shouldn't suggest slayer/dungeoneering. I don't really like money making scripts but I might make one if it's challenging enough to script.

Mainly interested in scripts that are challenging to make to test my skills and improve them where needed :) Oh yeah I forgot to add that I prefer f2p scripts as I have no p2p accounts right now that can access loads of stuff, so I can't really script for that.

Suggest me some possible scripts! :D

Castle wars, has a load of functions and procedures in one script. It will require multiple walking functions, combat functions, possibly using the bandage table to "eat", anti-randoms, failsafes, a deathwalk of sorts, etc. It will be a real challenge, and I wouldn't recommend releasing it to the public, but it will surely prove that you have a good amount of scripting ability.

I think a Senior SRL Member or it was someone else, is working on one already. It's a good idea though and I was thinking of making it until I saw that it was being worked on already :P Another idea was a GateStone Maker but there are two of those already. I would rather make a new script than making a (better) version of one that already exists.

Yeah I was thinking of making one, because I've just recently got into the walking using FindSymbol, RadialWalking and DTMWalking. Might make it for a f2p quest like Pirate's Treasure, I like that one and I can use symbols aswell :D

Good idea but right now I don't have enough time to make one. I have my final exams in about 6 weeks from now and I don't really want to start an extremely large project now :P Might be something to work on at my summer holiday. It would be nice for people that want to get 5000 games or to a halo or the CW armor.

Hm I figured that one would have been made already, but I see there is actually no script yet. Would be pretty interesting to make as I would need to make a bank function or a drop function and probably color finding/walking to find the right spots where the fishes are.

Hm well that's relatively easy to make. Might start off by making a cooker that supports loads of food and multiple locations. Can also make that in f2p. Might start with this later today :)

3. Livid Farm bot that works around the whole farm doing all the activities for maximum points.

make a mid lvl hunting script for about lvl 20-30 hunter so then we have a way to get to red sallys doesn't have to bank.

or a sw bot that can find and burrie bones suiced kil jelies or pyros. finds team waits.

Hm yeah I see. I might make it in the future just like the Castle Wars script, but those take pretty long to make.

CW Bot - talked about that before
Dungeoneering leecher wouldn't be that hard to make but it's hard to detect what the highest floor is for a specific person because it's all color based.
Livid Farm bot - someone has made the farming part already but it would be extremely hard to make a fully functioning one. Good idea though :)

Started with the cooking script. Goal is to have it multi-functioning for all types of raw food :)

Walks from varrock west bank (most north/west banker) to a spot where it can firemake and cooks food then it walks back. Will finish the whole script later today!

Which method would you like? Catching salamanders could lead to people gold farming them, but it is the best xp. Catching birds is only good up to level 20 or something? Falconry seems like the best bet. I have no p2p account with the required hunter level though but it seems like a nice addition to SRL :) I believe it's around 30-40k hunter xp per hour. Can find the kebbits by using auto color aid / TPA's etc. then detect the one that has been catched by going down enough pixels from the arrow. Then repeat. Drop everything in the inventory when InvFull. Seems managable if I had an account.

A Great orb project script would be great. I'd even be willing to pay ^_^

Well I won't charge anything, Villavu is meant to be free & open source. Buying scripts is even against the rules. I'm going to attempt a Great Orb Project script in the near future. Currently botting an account to 50 runecrafting so I can get in there. Will probably make a Great Orb Project script to apply as SRL member and make it available for SRL member+ to avoid excessive gold farming.

I think the yews south of the falador east bank are a great place to train and cant find script for some reason… D;

sell 10m rs gp on sythe or sell 17m rsgp to gold4rfun, and then buy a one month card, i would help you but my own money is hard to come by know, since of the higher gas prices.

I see, pretty interesting. I think you can get randoms though as I've had a couple randoms while getting 95 prayer on my rune pure around two years ago. It might be updated though. Might be interesting for the future :P Just started on my Great Orb Project script.

We all start somewhere :) The dung leecher wouldn't be a good choice though, because you would get little to no xp for nonparticipation…

JJ How about a good bird trap script since the two that are now there simply do not work. A Wagtail catcher would be nice also. A REd salamander script is already there. I believe what Super was asking was something to get people from 1-40ish. This is what is missing hunting wise.

Tanner script has most likely been released somewhere on this forum already. Fist of Guthix would be a challenge but most likely too hard / not worth it to make this based on Colors.

That's not really challenging, would be fairly easy to make. I don't think the profit per hour is that great, there are much better ways of making money. You could probably make it yourself if you would look into scripting.

Look for some tutorials about SPS Walking, FindObject and basic knowledge and you should be able to make it.

Not even close to "quite simple", hard/complicated would probably be the best to describe it. One of the first things that would get you into trouble is the other people that are hunting there, how is the script supposed which traps are yours? How is it supposed to check if the shaking trap is your trap? And I don't have an account that can access to spot, so yeah, not possible for me to make :P

And I think you also need to do other stuff than setting up traps? Have never been there.

Hey can you make a script that ice burst/ice barrage/red chins/grey chins at the skeleton monkeys on ape atoll. it needs to be able to support potions exspecially prayer pots, prayer renewal, and rangeing potions. It needs to be able to use super antiposion. This would be super helpful for training range, mage, and also def. it also needs to be able to support teleport so when spells or chins run out. it would also be useful if you make it to were the bot will resupply all the pots, chins, or runes you need to go for another trip. Also it would be nice if the bot will go to Ape atoll through the GE through the spirit tree then to the gnome stronghold, then to Daero, then so on till you get to island and then navigate through the tunnels. This is just a suggestion but it would very helpful for training and its extremely fast experience. something like 250k-800k experience an hour depending on what your wearing and what lvls you are. Pretty complex script and I hope you decide to accept!

Wouldn't really be worth making, the average amount of time someone would spend at Ape Atoll is just about 50 hours to get 99 ranged and that is easily managable to do legit.

It would also be extremely hard to get all the walking right and to make sure nothing messes up - because when it does, you will lose millions worth of chins/gear.

I believe there are a couple of those already. I don't really like making gold farming scripts, but making a cow killer that automatically picks up the hides and tans them is one of the things I would like to make in the future.

Could probably make that but a hell cat might have the same colors as the hell rats. And not so many people will have use for this, after 30 mins of legit playing you have the spices anyways.

Yeah that is a pretty small script, can make it within 5 minutes or something. Just need the coords of the quick prayer icon and a DTM of a prayer renewal.

Hm could make something like that. Currently working on a VineSweeper and Soul Wars bot, not sure if I'm going to release the SW bot to public once it's done (slowly working on it) but the vinesweeper one definately will be public.

But I'll check it out, never made an advanced mining script before, only an easy one months ago xD.

Hey man I was wondering if you could make a hunter kit opener script? that would be a good money maker

I'm pretty sure that you can only buy like 100 an hour so yeah. But just like the prayer renewal script I could make it within a few minutes but I would rather make larger scripts that more people benefit of.

I would love to see a script that kills the level 42 Moss Giants in the Varrock Sewers and picks up the charms. It would be cool if you add banking/bones to peaches support.
