Recently, I was doing some quests so I could start Desert Treasure.
I finished the things for Troll Stronghold, and when I go to finish the quest, I get this promt:

"Even though you have finished Death Plateau, this is an old quest, and you need to finish the new Death Plateau before you can finish Troll Stronghold."

I have to do the same quest, twice.

Yeah, I had to redo that one to start herblore skill with the monks or whatever…it was a piss off.

I'm just glad they made the quest easier.

Maybe once they run out of ideas for quests, they will update all the quests and everyone will have to do them all over again.

That would suck.

Lol like 5 hours before bonus xp started i realised i had to do dream mentor to use the plank make spell so I had to do a couple of quests which included having to redo Druidic ritual which was annoying.

Even thought I love quest, This also happened to me and I was pissed to have to redo a so simple quest like this one. Jagex like to play with our nerves.

Lol the night before they came out with the Morty tasts, I finished the quest required to get into Morty to do some hunting and it took me like an hour. Then I goto sleep, wake up and find out they removed the quest as a requirement to get into Morty a mere hour or two after I did it.

I was pissed to say the least. :/

I am so lucky I just began the Long irritating quests. I would hate to have to do them again.

Why did they do that? I'd imagine there is no massively important change to the quest that will effect your gameplay?

OMG that's so messed up, I understand how angry that would of made you.. I have serious spurts of Rage during even the most minimal quest's they are just designed to completely waste your time and p1ss you off

This is their way to deliver *new* contents to players and also a false hope to make them shut up and cry for new stuff.

The long quests are truly annoying. I am anticipating Desert Treasure to be a pain in the ass, even though I haven't even started it.

well at least u only have to do the quest once (or at most twice) then you can say goodbye to it forever. I still cant imagine how im suppose to legit Dungeoneering to 120 :s

Hmm I've started the Quest "Regicide" long time ago, I forgot the lime stone thing. Rage quitted the Quest and never attempted to do again. It's a bitch to walk that much lol.

God I hate fucking quests sooo much, what a pain in the ass -_-. I don't get how some people enjoy them either, you waste like 2 hours running around for some mediocre rewards

Same happend for me… And I hate questing so much that when I saw I had to redo a quest I just went botting instead :/

Good thing I only got like 60 QP in 5 or 6 years of playing. >:D
