Is it better to make cash all the way to 200m and just buy a decently high statted account than just making one from scratch?

I've checked sythe for some accounts and there are some maxed account going for really cheap 150m-250m.

I'd like to know what you guys think about it, the risks that come with it, etc.

You could easily make the money to buy one in the time it takes to get a maxed account, however, you don't get that feel of accomplishment if you don't do it yourself. :) Just saying.

Edit: That is, if you have a good money making method.

Dont buy it, they will recover it and keep your money, it is a scam

Well I doubt people with alot of vouches are going to do that but, I'm kinda looking into it since I don't really have a sense of accomplishment with my accounts Dx

its less time consuming buying one than getting all skills 99, thats for sure, just mesure the risks of buying one

Random people on the internet with 'vouches' from other random people on the internet is not a good system to base your level of trust on.

Most account sellers on sythe with 50+ vouches are "legit" as sythe says. However, the account itself has often had multiple owners, so it is never truly safe when it comes to recovery possibility. In terms of opportunity cost of purchasing the account, it is much better to buy the account, seeing an account with turm, ovls, and chaotics usually only costs a measly 120m, while turmoil or overloads alone cost in the 100m range on their own. Not to mention the quests put onto the account (often over 230 QPs) and the dungeoneering level (1-80 Dung currently priced around 130m). It's a great deal anyway you look at it, but it's risky and bought accounts just don't have the same feel as one you made yourself.
