~BYPASSING BLOCKED WEBSITES~
1). Lets try one of the simplest things that you can do to get past this. Using A Proxy Website. A Proxy Website will let you anyomously surf the web. (Dont Know How To Spell That). A Few Common ones Are.
1. Youhide.com
2. Proxy4Free.com
3. NinjaProxy.com
4. Vroxy.com
5. proxy.org
-There Are Tons More. But These Are The Only Ones That Come To Mind Atm. I Will Add More In The Future-
(Using These Proxy Websites) - To Use These Proxy Websites You Simply Have To Put The Name Of The Website You Want To Go To In The URL Address Box On The Website You Went Too.(this does not always work)
2). Another Way To Bypass School Security Is By Using The Websites I.P. Address. (Some school technicians dont know anything and block websites by only their name).
-To Find A Website's I.P. Address Simply go to the start menu. Go to run. Type in cmd or command.com. In the black screen that pops up type in, ping websitename.com. You Will Get Something like this.
Reply from 66.165.172.181: bytes=32 time77ms TTL=52
Reply from 66.165.172.181: bytes=32 time=111ms TTL=52
etc…
That 66.165.172.181 number is the websites I.P. Address.
To Use This I.P. Address you can simply go to the internet explorer URL address bar and type in http://66.165.172.181 and that particular I.P. Address will go to miniclip.com
(NOTE: Trying to use the ping command to find a website's I.P. Address does not always work)
Here Is Runescapes I.P.
RuneScape : www.runescape.com
ip: 216.180.254.134
-Type in http://216.180.254.134 and it should go to runescape.com
-Now If That doesnt work you can try this
http://3635552393 that should also go to runescape.com
-Now if that doesnt work you can try this
http://0xD8B22089 Now this is the I.P. In Hex. This should take you to runescape.com…(Hex Is a 16 base number system sometimes used in old style encryption.
-I Will explain what the 3635552393 and 0xD8B22089 numbers mean maybe in another guide sometime. But for now it doesnt portain to what were doing or trying to do
-Now If none of the above worked for you, then your school technician apparently knows a LITTLE bit.
*That is all for atm for bypassing school filters. I will definitely add more in the future, but i am in a hurry to get this guide posted*

(To Do At School. Have A Little Fun)
1). First and foremost. I would like to say the content included in this part of the post again, depends on all the variables i mentioned earlier.
Messing with the school.
-A nice way to mess with people and piss the admins off is by using the net send command
-You can send who ever is on the network little annoying message boxes that they can do nothing about.
the syntax for this command is net send <NAMEOFCOMPUTER> OR <COMPUTER I.P. ADDRESS> "Then Your Message Here"
-Now It is possible that this has been disables by the adminastrators at your school. To Enable it Follow these directions.
-go to the start menu go to run and type services.msc, if your run command has been disables then…Open CMD or Command.com and type in start services.msc(if you dont know what CMD or Command.com are then refer to #2)(services.msc might also be blocked and if that is the case there is not too much you can do)
-When your into services.msc scroll down to where it says Messenger and Messenger sharing. Start both of the services. (you might have to go to properties to start the service) ALSO NOTE: This only works on some windows computers…I forget off the top of my head which ones they are.
-Now that you have the services enabled lets get to messaging.
-Now for this you will need the computer I.P. Address or the computer name.
-The Computer name can be obtained on computers that run novell by using CTRL + ALT + DELETE. Or By Going To System Info.
-The Computer I.P. address can be obtained by typing IPCONFIG into cmd or command.com
-So now that you have the computer I.P. address Or name You can now Message computers on your network (Note Still Might Not Work)
-Now ill show you an example. Let assume for now that the computer your messaging is named "Victim" now type into cmd net send Victim "ZomG You Just Got H4X0RED You N0oBie Technician" A message box will pop up on his computer with the message you wrote. (NOTE: this will get you into some serious shit so i dont recommend you sending one of these to the technician, as they will consider this "network hacking" cept it really is not…but that is what they will say you did)
-If you scroll down i am offering a free program that is a GUI that sends messages over the network. It is 1337 as hell. Check it out
2). (FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO ACCESS CMD OR COMMAND.COM AND OR IT HAS BEEN DISABLED)
-So you dont know how to access cmd or command.com aye? Go to your WINDOWS directory and then system32 "C WINDOWS\system32) on most machines. And find the file called CMD.exe or Command.com (Preferably CMD.exe, It has more commands) Double Click It And Your In.
-Run command Disabled? you can use a a program that i made to access your C )
-Now unless batch has been blocked this will function as a perfectly great command prompt
-Now If batch has been blocked you might need to read on. I may or not include this in guide part #1

~WHAT I RECOMMEND~
-What i recommend is that you burn Mozilla Firefox to a cd and then just install it at school. Firefox will own your school security and there will be no restrictions on it. Not everyone will be able to do this, but that is what i did.
