Never had that. For all Jagex knows you could be a whole village or an internet cafe.

If you are scared of that use a proxy.

Because the account I want to ban was my first one! Since someone hacked. From that day, I created a new one ( my main ). And I want the name of my first account because I like it.
That's why I want to ban the account. To get my name back! :)
