I've noticed that everyday several people are getting 99 everything. I've also noticed that before the bot nuke there were less than 200 players with 99 everything, and now there are like over 2000 players with 99 everything and increasing everyday, has anybody noticed it and, how are there so many people maxing now?

I know what your are taking about everyday I get a notification that XYZ has just received 99 in all skills or XYZ has just been awarded the completion cape. And I honestly don't even watch my bot very often so I was wondering that as well.
