I've just downloaded the new SPS MAPS and the download is all right. But when it downloads, the icon is like a white page and when try to open it, it says:

"To open this file, Windows needs to know the program you want to use to open it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs that are installed on your computer."

What do you want to do?

* Use web service to find the correct program.

* Select a program from the list of installed programs.

I assume you need a program to open them due to them being compressed. I haven't seen the files themselves, so I'll give you instructions on how to open them if they are compressed:
Download 7-Zip: http://www.7-zip.org/
Open the files with 7-Zip after restarting your computer.

If those are the ones from my post then they are .rar so your going to need winrar but 7zip might also work

Yeah what others have said, In the past any SPS map folders I have downloaded have been compressed .zip files that need to be decompressed. Go to http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm and download the version that suits you.
