SRL Archive - News and General

I've been around for about a month now and I've been on MANY forums before - so I know how they all operate and how to not get considered as a leech.

When I came across this website, I thought this looks like a great program (not a bot) that I would really like to use so I started learning about scripting and tried to be as helpful on this forums as possible.

I finally wrote my own script this week and was pleasantly surprised to find a little white teddy under my username which says 'SRL Helper'. I had no idea that I was even being monitored at all so it was a very pleasing when it suddenly appeared from thin air - it makes me feel like I've been contributing to this community more than I thought - and I like that.

I also want to point out that users of this forum are ama-zing.

So thank you SRL Users…. for being SRL Users :)

Congratulations, Hopefully I start getting less homework to start doing something for this community as well. I dont even have time to set up the "autoer."

Maybe it was just wtfakawi being wtfakawi. I heard some where he tends to give those cups to people who deserved it. You're not monitored, but it may happen some admin notices you excel at something and hands out a cup. Congrats!

I know how you feel haha, that's what happened with my scripting cup. Just sort of showed up one day. Keep up the good work though, those cups aren't handed out lightly. :) Love seeing new users like you around.
