Can we have a small amount of code to add to any script which when logging in will complete the Squeal of Fortune?

If this is an idiotic idea, please tell me :stirthepot:

It's not, I was thinking to write a quick one up. Also, I believe it would be great addition to SRL.

Does anyone know if it matters when you hit the stop button? Or is it completely random? I'm just wondering if it would be possible to make a script that gets the jackpot every time.

Haha worth looking into! I think it is totally random and the rare items are actually rare.
IMO the Squeal of Fortune is different to normal (disappointing) rs updates, this one actually does what it says on the tin!

lol its random but for the first 2 hours on release, where ever you hit the button it stopped on that

Sorry if the title of thread is confusing, I was relating the Squeal of Fortune to a Random Event, as it is not a real full blown Random - I think Quasi-random sums it up nicely.

So I think we have confirmed that this would be a good addition to any script and that the odds on getting any decent item from it is pretty unlikely.

Time for someone to code HARD a cheeky Squeal of Fortune combo breaker (couple of lines of code haha) :D

The code is public, free and works. All it takes is reading. Run that after log in and it should work just fine.

this can cause trouble indeed.

The reward is pre selected once you hit the button, just like drops u get from killing stuff

An even better function would be one which crosses off Squeel of Fortune - it annoys me and I have to disable SMART so I can cross of it :(

Ah thank you, however briefly scanning your code, that isn't what I am looking for - it's along the right lines though.

I am looking for this code to always collect the rewards also, there is no point in doing the Squeal of Fortune and discarding all rewards you might as well just click the x.

Could Scythe's code be tweaked either by scythe or someone else please?

There rare rewards are so rare it shouldn't affect you, if you get a valuable item, it will get stuck on comfirmation screen allowing you to claim it and most of the regular rewards are crappy

I understand, but that is my request :) It should be possible to code in the "rare item" confirmation screen also.

There is a new font for which no Simba font works, I won't be making a font so unless you make me a font that works, this is as far as the code is going to get.
