This is basically a script which'll collect Desert Pheonix feathers for Super Antifires, would anybody use it?

I think it would definitely be used. I have no need for super antifires right now but I definitely think it'd be used, especially for people trying to get slayer up and get a lot of dragon assignments.

I would definitely use it. It's a real pain to do it by hand. :)

Would be an awesome script to somewhat lower the cost of leveling up herblore, Would familiars be implemented to increase feathers per hour?

I'd use it if I needed it.

But quite a while ago, like one year ago I stole a bunch of feather legit and made 1500 super antifire during a bonus xp weekend :s It was such a pain.
