Can you get any random events are the Soul Wars chest now?

Also, how about the bank chest that is in the Dominion Tower (that appears outside of the arena when you choose to battle, not the first floor bank). Do randoms come there?

I know for sure that they don't come to the soul wars one

here is a list of all the places random events can't occur:

1. TzHaar Fight Cave
2. Pest Control (during the activity and waiting in the boats)
3. Soul Wars
4. God Wars Dungeon
5. Kuradal's Dungeon
6. Pyramid Plunder
7. Runecrafting Altars during the Great Orb Project (though they can still appear in the guild itself after finishing the game) Note: They DO happen when runecrafting normally to get runes.
8. Fist of Guthix (while playing)
9. Under Daemonheim during Dungeoneering.
10. While Guthix Sleeps cavern (tormented demons)
11. Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza
12. Clan Wars (though they can still happen after a war)
13. Ape Atoll (with greegree equipped, without the greegree on, you can still get randoms)
14. Waterbirth Island Dungeon
15. Clan Citadels

No. Definitely no randoms at SW, that's why a lot of scripts here that do things not requiring walking like herblore, crafting, and magic all use the SW chest. :)
