If im not mistaken that's a tether from verizon. I've got one and the IP changes everytime something connects AFAIK.

If the person who "hacked" the account has an account here, it will show up when a search of the IP is done and it can be dealt with accordingly.

I wish i knew how to mess around with Ip's. But I prefer not touching anything because you might get into trouble or They might get your Ip and Karma happens.

If you know what time the person logged into your account you could kindly ask verizon to identify the person for you.
