RandomTool bugs

I got a random and clicked "Let SRL solve it" button and crashed:

I also waited for it to timeout again on the same script. Crashed my entire Simba with "Simba.exe has stopped working".

I don't remember if you fixed it or not. If you haven't, it might be something fun to look into. Thanks!

Odd, it worked fine for me the other day. You're using the new version?

Yeah, whatever's in SRL. Unless the setup procedure name changed.

I can second this. I used the RandomTool a while ago and Simba crashed for me, even after having stopped the script and solving the random myself.

I've been doing something like this since then, Harry:

procedure FoundARandom;
begin
Writeln('Found a random!');
PlaySound(ScriptPath+'evilaugh.wav');
Wait(RandomRange(10000, 20000));
end;

SRL_Procs[SRL_OnFindRandom] := @FoundARandom;
I only use it as a notification though so I can solve the random on my own. Not too worried about having a long progress report. ;)

I don't know what to tell you guys, I can't reproduce it. =\ But I'll try to do more testing when I get home tomorrow night.

Flight, the new version was added fairly recently.

That might be my own problem then. I'm guessing it's something to do with my SRL and/or Simba. The detection worked just fine, the little popup box worked, but every time I stopped the script to handle the event on my own Simba would crash, it was 100% of the time. So obviously it's probably something on my end.

Did you stop the script while the form was open?

@Harry: I just tried it a few more times and it worked fine, except IsFKeyDown didn't work with SMART, which is a big problem if you want to solve the random on your own.

E: I'm not sure, but maybe this is related?

E2: I'm marking this as resolved since I haven't heard anymore about it, and I can't reproduce it.
