I'm just curious as to how it works as I've received rep and sone of the boxes next to them are green and increase my points but then others have a blue box and don't affect my total points. If any one could shed sone light on this it would be awesome :)

Green: Positive rep
Blue: The user has no rep power (they are new or something etc.)
Red: Negative rep

Where do you check your rep?

On the left side of the home page OR at the top left of this page, it'll say UserCP; click it.
