Hiya i was wondering, i read the ranks and cups guide and it says you need 80% longvity and activity to get King Black Dragon rank, but i have seen a few people now that has the activity above 80% but the longvitity is lower than 80%, so my question is, how exactly do you get it? :D cause i kinda like that title and my activity is above 80% and longivitity is 50%

there's something cool about that rank, i know it doesn't have any ekstra things, like member's section, but still it's pretty cool
