A slayer bot. Possible? if so is there anyone that can do it? prove whose the best scripter :p

The amount of time, effort and frustration that would go into trying to make a slayer bot is ridicules. It would involve making a recognition for every single possible slayer task, then having almost an entirely separate script for each task. Plus people trying to use the scripter's bot would have to have all the same levels/teleports as the original scripter… Not to mention it would break significantly with almost EVERY update.
It is a near impossible task, I do believe that someone (can't remember who) was working on one but it was planned to stay private, require max levels, all quests, etc.

My advice, run yourself to the task and use an auto fighter or do what I do and make slayer, questing and pking the three things you do on your acc that are 100% legit.

Well…Demise was/is workin on one. Don't know if it will be for everyone, or if only Member+.
You could search for this thread, and check those videos of her testing the script :)

If you break it down it's quite possible to do. Walking, talking, NPC finding/attacking, potion-drinking/food-eating, banking, and equipment switching.

Basically use a fighter script and just get colors for your tasks and that's it for now. It will probably be members only if one if realeased, due to the complexity of making one.

Yeah until demise or some kind of bot other than color proves itself viable the autofighter is the best option ;)
