Hi, I am sorry if this thread has already been made, So please don't moan.
I used to bot before the 'Bot Nuke' I have decided to come back and need to know how long is sensible to bot without getting banned?
Back in the old days I was getting 12-16 hour proggies.
Was is sensible nowadays? (In your opinion)

As long as you want. You have the same chances to get banned as pre-nuke. Maybe even lower with a good script here. I go all day sometimes 2-3 days with good scripts and CrashSmart

I usually go for 10+ a day with breaks and what not. Usually i only use one character for it as well.
EDIT: That being said, this thread has been asked 1000 times already. Please learn to use the search function, it is there for a reason.

I babysit bot, watch movies while having part of the screen showing
as long as I'm awake I'm botting, so I bot like 14-16 Hrs a day I really don't think anyone's likely to get banned with SRL, if you be careful enough

My opinion is if your going to bot bot 24/7 its the same amount of risk. It only takes that 1 person to report you.
