Okay, so get this. J(F)agex started a members trial. Big whoop, or big fail? Lately, I'm not really sure if this will "lift" the 25k trade limit. If it does, me and a lot of others will be happy.

Anyway, the header of the message is "Activate Your Free Members Trial!" when you create an account now, but I'm not sure how long this will last. This, along with the new "lodestone teleport" can only mean that J(F)agex is enhancing RS to be "new" or something.

So yeah, if you have anymore information on this enhancement, now's the time to use this topic to tell us.

One of their attempts to get more people into the game, i'd be surprised if the trade limit is lifted.. you can still transfer money though.

Oh really? Perhaps when the trial expires on my throwaways, I'll attempt a dummy trade on my other computer to see if the limit was lifted during that time, since F2P's are more undetected than P2P's, and are universal.

Any other people can test this on their accounts when the membership trial expires if they want, since the 25k giveaway(trade) limit can really be a hindrance to some people.

Just tried this with an account that had the 14 day trial and expired. 25K limit is back once trial expires.

Yes they stopped the 14 ays trial but it will return in a near future.

Yeh i made a pure right before double xp weekend so i could use it on the free trial:D. Also i usually hate jagex updates, but the loadstones useful. The new armour update is yuck..

Did the bonus weekend experience boost stack with the bonus experience you get during trial?

Just started new account which I plan to be a hand cannon pure. Currently it is on trial and there are many flaws…you can only buy/sell 50 member items on G.E. at a time, which is very annoying. And is the limit on all RS players now or just trial users or something? Haven't played for like 3 weeks before this account.

I think its hard that Jagex makes No member so bad with the time. No highscores anymore and others. As I started the game like 5 years ago I was the first 5-6 month No member and I really enjoyed it. I loved the game for being free and wanted to donate (and of course trying out member stuff). They got me for being that social. No I hate Jagex. I hate the way they try to make the game looking better for other people they want to have the money from. I think its sad that they dont care about the old players anymore.

Did the bonus weekend experience boost stack with the bonus experience you get during trial?

For me I got the bonus weekend xp instead of the trial xp. So I was getting less xp than normal once the weekend started. :fiery:
