SRL Archive - RS has been updated.

Many people, including myself, were including black screens etc on SMART often times when in the lobby, before login, or while switching servers. To 'solve' this we had to jiggle our mice, or enable/disable SMART. It seems to be all fixed now, confirmation?

No, not for me. I use my own modified Login functions.

just wiggle your mouse around and disable smart for a minute. that should solve the issue.

I think he meant that the latest RS Update fixed it!

But yeah, it was happening to me, and I think it's fixed now.

yes that is what i had to do to fix my SMART issue, also it seems to resolve itself after a minute or soo

i can see that you guys never use www.runescape.com, this issue was even on the official site lol. It's fixxed now.

No need to thank anyone, besides Jagex! They are the ones who fixed those black screen issues. I assure this was happening are all regular clients/web browsers too so it had to be fixed. :D

It was only doing it on Safe mode for me, anything else it worked fine and wasn't an issue.

Im having the problem still when im logging in i get the black screen…im using crashsmart

fixed lastest a week or two =] was a easy self fix tho

I dont think it was a smart issue. I had logged in legitly to the runescape site and got the same black screen, so i think it had something to do with runescape not smart.

Yup. Its works for me fine.

Yeah it's fixed now. However, I still have some problems with it when I'm using the official RuneScape client. But that's another story.

They broke it again with the update a few days ago.

Ah! So annoying, keeps flickering; Stops the script as well due to blacking out :(

Getting random blackouts which log me out to lobby as well as the people around me. Anyone else experiencing this today? Hasn't happened to me before today..

It fixed it but now it is doing it once again after the blood crap tree thingy. Maybe jagex changed something once again.

Close simba, load rs on your web browser.
Change settings to: Fixed Screen, All Minimum, Highest Brightness.
Then try again.
