If you're going to max it out, best to just use MoveMouse/ClickMouse etc

Just make your own mouse function consisting of movemouse and then an edited down ClickMouse2.
Clickmouse2 insert something like a a 75ms wait after the movemouse, then a ~100ms of holding down the mouse button, and another ~75ms after.
I edited it down and set constants editable by the user in my scripts. Depends on the CPU for how low you can go without not registering some clicks.
