Not laying down facts, just speculating. I'm thinking the bot nuke could be this week in time for the bonus xp weekend. What do you guys think?

To be honest, if the bot nuke kills Simba even for a short amount of time, it won't affect me as I play purely legit nowadays. It would definitely be nice to have no bots across RuneScape this weekend so I don't have to compete with bots at various places. Too many gold farmers and leechers have flocked to SRL since the last bot nuke. :garfield:

I'm not worried about it, like I said I don't bot. Jagex said they had a plan to nuke colored bots (atleast for a bit). If they have a plan for colored bots, you can guarantee SRL/Simba will be broken until its fixed - they're not going to release a nuke that doesn't work at all; I'm sure they have Simba and/or SCAR on their own PCs testing it.

Do you realize how long it's been since the last bot nuke? I'm sure they've been working on this one since the last one was released.

It's happening this month, 100%. Whether or not it is directed towards us we are not sure. I personally believe they are targeting Reflection fully, by ending the battle with the extreme use of bots in order to gold-farm and earn profit off their game, namely companies now (gold4rs, now gold4fun due to jagex). They will be doing this with a system update of some sort, called Optimus(100% fact), however will that effect color, nobody knows. Though truly, even if it does, unlike rsbots.net, and should I even bother to say RSBuddy, or let's have a laugh and say powerbot… We will be back.

The best thing to do is: wait and see what they really got. In case they do, it targets mostly injection/reflection bots. Color bots, idk. But the good thing is that I'm only semi afk-ing on my noob account. ( not risking my main at all). Stay safe and play safe.

personaly Im not fussed quit the game sort of sold my 2 mains(for the sakwe of myunborn and gf) and only have my 102cb now and my army which im giving away soon anyway!

so im not fussed ill always be aprt his community this is the forst site I came to and learned to bot from here, even tho i dont bot or play anymore i will always call this place home <3

Same here - although Reinet was my first cheating site, I still play but I don't cheat anymore. I just come here for the community.

We will most likely be fine! It will probably be as close to bxpweekend as possible to give injection/reflection as little time as possible to update for it.

I kinda hope optimus comes im eager to see what it brings but, if it fully knocks down powerbot and rsbuddy and such then we can expect to see more many more leechers here.

Maybe see every client redirected by SMART, I know it's possible. :\

i don't understand how people get banned using simba by a nuke. can you only be banned if your running simba while the nuke goes off or…

I don't understand either. Jagex could make an update that causes the scripts to stop functioning. Last time, Jagex stopped injection bots from working, and took details like email addresses of customers from those bot sellers.
I'm speculating on whether or not they can detect Simba/SMART.

How could they nuke colour bot 100%? The only way to do that would also mean the game is unplayable for legit players too.

They would remove min and med graphics and force us to play at High ? :P

Make all the object in runescape, like trees, house, water, items, spins like in a random event, change colour in fast flash, make them invisble every seconds or so and finaly make the whole runescape client jump around like on lemonparty. Now that would be effective.

I will be very surprised if they choose to go with us instead of the recent comeback of injection bots. I wish my suicide botting recently won't make me on the list :D

Suicided boted my main for a whole month with rsbuddy before bot nuke, then when they anounced bot nuke, I started to 24/7 all the time. Only time logout was because:
1. I hit the 6 hour limit.
2. I needed to restart the computer for some reason.

Right now, I still suicide it 12-14 hour a day, but not when I sleep because simba cant do all random.

To be honnest the amount of hours you bot dosent really matter.

What matters is the number of people reporting you, the number of time you get stuck in randoms, and suspisious action (like always clicking on the same pixel for example).

seriously DO NOT panic, the worst they can do to simba is break a script by changing colors /shapes and if you know at least the basics its enough to fix, (unless they turn the world upside down and a mono )

I think everyone is overreacting!! They CAN NOT stop color bots for more than a little while without making the game unplayable! Even if they can track and see if we are using SMART we can still use Simba and select the regular browser window or just the downloadable client. The update is almost definately just going to be directed at the new injection/reflection bots. Everyone just calm down….

Considering the game is so laggy on min and med as it is, I doubt people would go for that.

Like said above if they do anything that affects legiters game play they lose all the members bot money and legiters member money, leaving them with little player base.

They won't get rid of low detail, not everyone has a PC powerful enough to handle the high detail graphics. Not to mention you can still bot on high detail - I'm sure it'll be a little bit harder to get the colors right, but its manageable.

even if they did you could still fix the scripts to compensate.

After the last bot nuke the number of players on runescape decreased so dramatically, it went from a thousand + on most servers at all times to like a few hundred tops. If they nuke again, we're going to be down to the fifties.

simba is to diverse to get crushed out + no legal issue = dim problem

just saying, not that is support them, but powerbot as of right now has a downloadable client. Im not saying I think its in anyway better then simba i am simply posting about it for the forums information.

Im pretty sure its just an rs client like sk. That "community" is now an rs community as jacmob turned his back on all his botting to not get sued by jage. Afaik.

I would be pissed lol. I can run starcraft 2 on ultra, but lags at highest detail on runescape.

As far as i heard last it was injection/reflection bots being put on a bannhammer list for when optimus was being released, then optimus was aimed and color bots aimed at making weather|night|day to constantly change colors. So my honest opinion there isnt any bot nuke comming soon they really cant afford to bann off anymore accounts.
