got hacked for 1b, most money i ever had before this was 50m -.- well gf rs im never gonna get that much money again ):

Everyone is getting hacked now.. Did you use epicbot or rarebot?

You don't just get "hacked". I really cannot stand how loosely that word is thrown around on the internet…

well before 6 months ago, it was rare to hear about people getting hacked. now its like every day! wats happened within the past few months? the nuke. once the other bots got destroyed, all these newer people come to this community. they are the ones getting hacked (for the most part). its sad that they get hacked, but its also their choice in using other bots/dling wierd links/visiting untrusted sites. :(

It sounds like because of the scarcity of bot programs, people are resorting to using any bot they can get their hands on. Therefore infecting their computer with keyloggers, and getting hacked.

i dont really think it was a bot, i only used this one. i think i got phished from a rs email, was kind of a long night and was kind of not having me head on straight and checked me email and yeah… LOL

Meh, personally I feel the word is used incorrectly.

And yeah, It was probably that email. One thing you should never do with anything, is use an email for password related activities, ever. If the email looks legit, it's not. That's my advice, it doesn't matter if its from RS, your bank, or the government. If it involves a password, ignore it. If you think you can determine that it was real by looking at information like "sent by this domain" or the sender email "@runescape.com," they're probably fake too.

The only time you should deal with an email is for activation purposes.

Yeah ik but my head wasn't clear that night, was right after a party lol.
