Have you figured it out yet?
If not, try to update SRL. You can force an update by doing the following: SRL -> Settings -> Override Update
And then update it: SRL -> Update
If you still have trouble, try to reinstall Simba.

When re-installing, remember that you must manually delete your C:\Simba directory, or it won't work.

i figured it out i just went to tools and hit update
