Basically you have a Variable called FreeDTMs and you defined it twice, (one globally, one local) get rid of the local one.

Global means you defined it outside of a function/procedure (leave it alone).
Local means you defined it inside a function/procedure.
Local means you defined it inside a function/procedure.

Basically you have a Variable called FreeDTMs and you defined it twice, (one globally, one local) get rid of the local one.
You can have the same variable name as long as they are in different scopes (local and global), and if you do, local will *always* override the global.
@OP: Basically what this error means, is that you have another function/procedure/variable/constant already named "FreeDTMs", and since computers are incredibly stupid, it can't distinguish between the two so it won't know which one to call/execute. Changing one of these names will fix the problem. :)
NOTE: The functions/procedures inside of Simba are apart of the global scope as-well. This includes FindBitmap, FindColor, FindDTM, etc.
