Well thats gonna be a though one with these skills. Well what works pretty well is looting in the wildy. Pick up all the pots like saradomin brews, super restores, prayer pots and the rocktails. Could get up to 600k/hour. Other than that i can't really advice you to do.

Try telegrabbing whiteberries at red dragon isle. It was 1m+ p/h when the bot for this was released in RSBuddy. Expect something similar if you are legiting it.
Teleport to daemonheim with RoK -> grab a few energy pots and runes for 28 telegrabs -> go south-west into wildy -> now go northwest and start telegrabbing white berries -> repeat
While you do this, you can bot lobbys or vials in f2p. Both make close to 70k p/h/account

They could attack you, but if you don't wear any armour whats the problem. Just take 2 or 3 lobsters and you'll be fine. Btw the perfect world for this would be world 18 or the high risk worlds. But i think world 18 should give a bit more loot.
