omfg dude like hax0rz.. lol nah i just decided to see if i could get on my banned main (accidentally left a script on too long).. guess what.. i got it back!! amazing…. yeah thought you guys would like to know… :rolleyes: heres the little thing they just sent me a few days ago.. ive never encountered a message that says i have 3 black marks.. even on noob accounts..

Please refer to article number 7 in the Rules of Conduct:

Rule 7: You must not attempt to use other programs (e.g. bots, macros or autominers) in conjunction with our games to give yourself an unfair advantage at the game. You also may not circumvent any of our mechanisms designed to log out inactive users automatically.

We do not discuss our detection process with anyone, to do such would give auto/macro users information to help them avoid detection. For all the details on our macro detection that we are willing to give out please read the Macro FAQ, which can be found by selecting the link titled 'Explore the knowledge base' under the 'Knowledge Base' section on the main page of our website (www.runescape.com).

We are 100% confident in our macro detection systems along with our highly trained staff who monitor and take action based on the results presented by these systems. As such there is no doubt in our minds that you have been using such a program.

In normal circumstances this would result in the permanent removal of your account from the game, however upon reviewing your history we have decided to place you on a temporary 7 day ban instead.

Please be aware that your account now has 3 Black Marks and that we will be monitoring the activities of your account closely. Any further breaches of the Rules of Conduct will result in your account being permanently removed from the game.

3 Black Marks? So, now there are more parameters they take into consideration. These Marks prolly fill up when repeatitive behaviour is noticed above a certain threshold….. 3 Black Marks also implies there are more Black Marks, right?

Was this an account you scarred on or javaed?

Black marks are given when you get a temp ban, i believe. When i macro'd a Merchanter i was muted for 2 days and given 1 black mark.

3 Marks means perm ban, i think. ;)

To get accounts saved, you must promise that there will be no further problems with the account and that you will be a valuble member of the rs society. I've never pushed it so far as 3 black marks lol. I believe in fair play but, come on.. We are using our abilities to make the game easier for ourselves (I don't really believe in mass-autoing).
Also, if you are a member you will be more likely to receive a temp ban (paying customers ya know). I repect jagex, but I do my best to make life easier for myself and other rs players. If they didn't want so many autoers then they should stop implementing stupidly annoying "anti-macroing" systems.. The 1 minute idle logout is completely foolish. Their constant harrasment of players with random events drives me insane.

I've got 1 black mark for swearing at jagex staff through CS, but hey, also got a 12 hour mute aswell. 3 Black marks means a perm ban but sometimes you get an exception. If you step out of line then instantly banned. Tryed it on a noob. :p

EDIT: There is a way for you to get a 1-2-7 day ban insted of permant but it works every time. Take a think. You'll find it. :)

well the funny thing is im not a member… my account was temp banned 1 time for swearing.. when the filter blocked it… :rolleyes: and i shouldnt been banned cuz the filter did block it.. stupid people.. 1 time for item scamming but that was cuz some noob accepted a trade that was clearly in my favor.. he lost like 100k off that trade.. but not my fault.. and then the 3rd "black mark" for scarring.. but it was a crappy script i was experimenting with a while ago.. all my appeals were about the same.. sayin i go to the library.. when i dont.. :p also if you get 3 black marks, 1 more and its a perm ban..


haha… one thing funny is its only a lvl 54.. and its my main ^_^

there all the chats between me and them in the wrong order lol i jsut pasted lol i told them that some one else had been on my account (all i did was reset my router)

Today a message was sent to you upholding your ban appeal and your account has had the black marks removed. However, You do not seem to be in control of your account still so we have banned the account to stop the hijacker having access to it. If you can successfully recover your account then it will be unbanned and you will be allowed to play.
