The point of this question is about compiling (and possibly execution) times.
I just wanna know why/how Scar compiles it quickly or why Simba does not. And any other details pertaining to that. The script is only for this topic; the script itself is not important.
So far I've been told Simba has stuff hacked into PascalScript. I guess this affects it.
