I personally prefer staking in world 54 from the one to the other account and faking a duel really.. But you can just trade haha but I like to set it up to avoid a bank reset. Jagex is watching big gold traders now, but for as a small individual it won't matter how you transfer it.

If its f2p, I kill the muel with the other account. Noted items cannot be transferred this way. Only runes, armor, pots, cooked food (unnoted) and gold can be transferred this way.
So you gotta sell your noted items in GE OR you can also buy the noted resources with your other account and then kill the muel for the gold. The gold's gotta be outside your pouch for it to be dropped.

Anything in the game that you do is trackable. Nothing is hidden.
After all, Jagex owns it. They should be able to track everything.
