I HIGHLY doubt it was Jacmob. That is a near impossibility in my mind.

I don't know. I don't know Jacmob, but it wouldn't surprise me actually. He trolled the botting community before, maybe he'll do it again. But it could also be just hackers orso.

it was probably nothing
Google chrome is very nice and protective of it's users. An image displayed on a thread whose source is in a list of known shady sites is enough to set off the alarms…

Well this is what i expected from all these "injection bots". Since they know they are going to have trouble operating, they are now including viruses and malicious attacks to people who download them. The main objective is to hack into people's account and nuke their bank. GF BANKS!

This is why you should not donwload any right now. I bet millions where hacked in the 2-3 days, epicbot was working. Now is outdated and full of runescape cash. Thanks to botters. Lol. They really mad bro!!
Ofcourse RSBuddy has malware, Jacmob resides there..

idk about all of that, but this is why you should stick to simba. It has been proven safe for over 6 years now, the longest running. althought ive only been a member here for 2 months, ive known about simba for ages

Obviously their just using the bot to make money off people. Half the bots don't even work.

I can see there being malware on the site but I don't see Jacomb being the one putting it there. He has a real job with a large company now, pretty sure that is grounds for getting fired from his "dream" job.

Whoever says Epicbot has a RAT is COMPLETELY retarded.
I've been using Epicbot ever since it started and have NEVER been hacked, stop making false accusations.
Also, don't go to RSBuddy ATM, seems like something's wrong.

OpenSource ftw. But I don't think either EpicBot nor RSBuddy are unsafe… at least for the time being

I've heard mixed reviews from epicbot about people being hacked and some never being hacked, but I have no proof either way so I'm not going to make a opinion on that subject. As for RSBuddy, I also saw that message about malware and was pretty surprised.. I figured it was Chrome just being too protective, I honestly don't understand why RSBuddy is still running their site.

This may lead to offtopic but what do you mean a real job?
Jagex hired him for good? like a real salary-base job?

doesn't mean anything. Strategically they wouldn't hack accounts now, tons of people would say that Epicbot "hacked" them. They would wait until they have more accounts, and hit them all 1 time. Hence more money in their pockets.
