Why I miss Runescape 2006…

I miss how earning 30k wasn't from someone scamming in ge but from an hour of work.
I miss when WE controlled the prices and kept the community in check.
I miss the amazing PK community we had and making little DIY clans that would last a day or so… <3.
I miss the MULTI Pking so you could pk with a friend!
I miss the love the admins would give us while listening to everything we suggested.
I do miss the little bugs and glitches :o.
I also miss how Little scammers there were.

Runescape fucked up… after writing this I am now sad :(.

I miss the old graphics, having to actually try to be good at the game (too easy now), miss old pking (korasi mutherfuckers are dicks) and the list goes on..
rs2006 is bs btw.. someone released the source on mopar and it looks like the "multiple professionals" working on it are actually a few 3rd graders

I miss merching without GE. Actually going to W1 fally and buying up all the iron ore and selling on forums for more gp :D

I HATE how 'kiddy' it's become. Squeal of fortune, the stupid level up stuff, the list goes on and on

I miss Aryan at the CM level of Kaitnieks before it dropped public. Now those were epic army times.

Things on Runescape are getting easier, more stylish.
I liked the old look that Runescape had.
Also..who is Aryan?

I miss Sythe's ScarScape.

The things i miss most about playing runescape are when people though you where the man when you walked around in your rune (t) , people used to go crazy! about 1m ? , i miss the old grapichs the old stats layout , i miss the occasional runecape Bf/GF , "press 111 if you want a girlfriend! , that made me piss my self laughing all the time!, i hated runescape the day they made the HP bar update , I dislike the new global update thing " oh this guy just got a max cape yay him ? do i care no?" In my oppinion , runescape in the near future is going to look like World of Warcraft. , btw i miss that ugly ass EVIL CHICKEN RANDOM! Fear my leet skills~!lol

i miss seeing people scamming by simply using a charcoal as a rare item

I miss you had to no-life runescape to get full zamorak. And see everybody following you when you wear it.

I miss the simplicity of weapons/armor. Maybe just the simplicity of the game in general.

I really only miss 2 things

1) when 30 mill used to be considered a ton of money
2) buying/selling without G.E. ( World 2 Fally was awesome)

I honestly loved merchanting in herbs at world 2, next to the falador east bank. This was around 2007 though, and I remembered seeing my first bots there. Runes buying bots that were standing south/west of the falador east bank - 24/7 buying runes for a specific price from people just to merchant. The thing I miss the most is the community.. words can't describe it.

That was probably the best.. When d chain was like 12m.. Fury was 6m.. whip 3.1.. Dragon hatchet 3.1.. Dlegs 1.7.. Pumpkin mask just came out.. Ahhh ;)

Miss how hard it was to earn 30k :) How Merchanting was actually the real deal, and gave you a lot of tips for the real life.

I miss botting a def pure in rs1 (or should it be called rsc?) times and then tanking and (auto)catching with it while my friends ranged or maged. Teaming up at low level varrock wildy with mage pures and killing other low level mage pures was really fun too.

Generally I just miss the times when the game was more about actually having fun than just hoarding tons of money or botting a bunch of useless capes. I suppose this could be a bit off-topic since it's before 2006, but whatever.

i miss spending to whole weeks fishing lobbies at karaamja to buy a full rune, then the next day lose it at wildy, and do this all over again. i raelly miss my newbie times :C

Now runescape is easier, I miss when there werent much weapons, whip was the best. And mage, melee and ranged were more equilibrated.
