So i recently came back to RS after a long break, and i'm looking to get all my "main" combat skills to 99 at first. (Str/att/def/hp)

So my question is; What's the best place for me to train def right now? (I'm currently 91 defence)

(I know armored zombies are the best, but i just don't bother the questing now : /)

Having a good main account isn't all about stats, having untradeables is extremely important too. Since you haven't done that quest, this means you don't have curse prayers, and turmoil. Having 99 prayer and using normal prays is kind of fail tbh.

BUT, IMO, training slayer is the best.

If you are botting you need to complete quest. If not then he said slayer :)

If thats a main, I would go with slayer. Not the fastest melee experience but you get slayer and ranged experience too. Thats three birds with one stone :)

You also have a small chance of getting effigies and charms. I've found slayer to be at a 3:1 ratio with summoning. That is, if you get 99 slayer, you will probably have enough charms for 88 summoning.

If you only want experience, do LRC legit and bot waterfiends and AZ's.

I'm actually training def at the moment, (91) and I'm at AZ. They are very good xp if you bring super sets. I'm getting about 80-90k an hour depending how many people are there. It's well worth doing the quest, and you only have to do the beginning part, but if you haven't done the reqs it could be annoying. Other than that, slay is best as it gives alright xp and effigies, plus good drops and clues.
