Selling outside of JR+ can only happen on other websites. It's setup this way for a reason. If he wants the GP so bad, he can go to Sythe since he can't access the BM. Simple as that.

If you sell through paypal it's ALWAYS possible to get charged back.

^ This. Buyer on Paypal will always win a dispute unless it was physical goods sent and has a tracking number. Even then the buyer can often win. Paypal sucks if you're a seller.
