Prayer is an expensive skill and you need money for it. Unless you want to collect the bones yourself, that is… There isn't exactly a way to make 250m for prayer, making 250m for prayer would be the same was as making 250m for herblore, etc. 250m is 250m.
If you have 90+ melee stats, buy 150m from sythe and just buy dbones and go for 95 prayer. You can then use turmoil at bandos to make your money back in a few weeks :)

if you think you wont be able to get the money buy it… although these days $$ is expensive, i remember when 100M was 40$ now you have to pay almost the double, good old days…
if you are going to buy i actually recommend playerauctions, much better than sythe
