Would botting 2 accounts on the same computer increase the chance of getting banned since the ips are the same, or is there any current programs out there to create fake ips such as a vps??

No it wouldn't increase the odds of you being banned. You can buy a VPS, it isn't a program however.

you wont have that much risk of a ban botting more than one account at once on the same ip, alot of people do it, i personally bot about 3 at a time and i have been for a while now, not even a warning. the only thing you should watch out for is running the same account like 24/7

No, lots of people bot 2+ accounts all the time it's completely safe. No worries.

Well theoretically, if your runtime its well over a couple hours while runnung multiple accounts at same time from same pc the information they can collect can range from ip adress to client token badges which means yes if they wanted to they can id you but think about it, the ip can be the same for different computers in an office… era if the gram your comp. mac adress and find you actually are running multiple accounts on the same pc then they could message you, but i doubt they can get you mac adress… with a signed client

Mac address gets stripped off at the router. So yes, that would be surprising.
I ran two accounts quite frequently. I don't know if there is any risk running just 2 accounts at the same time.

I mean all that Jagex needs to do is ban one of your accounts and then search the servers for any other accounts that use the same ip and then bang all your accounts are gone
