You might have the option to defend the castle on the 2nd or 3rd story. Simply wait until the enemy's cape color is spotted attack that player.

1) Enter the Guthix Portal
2) Wait till game starts (Join in if free spot message comes up)
3) Go up the ladder in spawn room
4) Wait out the whole game with no movement
5) if death occurs go back up ladder
6) Select helm (if it comes up)
7) Repeat
Would be perfect…
