SRL Archive - RS3 Script Requests

Now, i know this is completely irrelevant but is it illegal to make a runescape script, I know simba says its its legal. I want to ask the public though, also is it legal to post your script here.

I mean I get it that if it was Simba would be closed down,
and other factors like we have not much personal use from this, as people do not charge scripts (normally) so I mean its not really such a big drama. Lets face it , its not that bad, All we are doing is helping other people. Because runescape is such a hard game, and a fun game at that.

it is annoying when you have a weak account, but not much time. So its quite logical to bot that time and when you do have time play the good stuff. However sitting and killing rats or chickens for 2hrs straight is not fun at all.

However knowing that RSbot and that lot of bots got banned, and the people who made it seriously fined am not too sure that if i made a script i would post it but I would like to know. I gues you guys know best ;)

If you know this irrelevant to the script requests section, then why did you put it here?

hmm, but what if the script runs benlands100s smart or whatever it is called and not in the browser.

SMART doesn't touch the client.
It's like running runescape in chrome instead of firefox. how could that be illegal?

Simba is also used for other things just rs primarily and all it is is something that clicks colors it doesn't actually change the client. Plus all the scripts I write are for boring thing I mean who would kill chickens for 6 hours ;)
