SRL Archive - First Scripts

So I just completed the script I am hoping to apply for membership with. Have at it, leave criticism, and of course proggys (if it works)! Anyways here it is, simply set username, password, pin, and time between fishing. READ ALL NOTES IN SCRIPT!!!!:duh:

To begin fishing set your account in front of the fishing spots in Catherby with a harpoon in your toolbelt or a barb tail harpoon and watch it fish. Has full antiban, failsafes, and of course it banks all that lovely profit.

Currently it is set to only fish sharks, read comments at top to set to fish sharks as well as tuna and sword fish :)

Due to my little fluke that you can clearly see on the lower part of the page I am currently out of funds with which to develop and test scripts, so I will look to the community for a bit of help. Testing now

It doesnt know what to do when it cant find a pool to harpoon
Sometimes over clicks the pool when it is already fishing

Thanks for the input, yeah I was noticing this as well, been trying to fix that little quirk.

its a nice script but it love to fish runa and swords end shark if it see cage and harpoon spot it go there and if u fish shark its just go to cage and harpoon and fish there can u see hva wrong

Thanks fo the updates and comments! Hader, I can't quite understand what you mean, but I'll try and see what I can do about making the setting of which fish you want the script to focus on easier to use. Keep up the testing and PLEASE feel free to leave and suggestions, requests, bugs, etc!

Update about banking coming up in a few minutes

I have done some work on it today, finally got the proggy working correctly and made it so if it can;t find a fishing spot it won't just spam click. Loving the feedback guys keep it coming!

aha you would. Thanks for the test, updated script just up. Download update and tell me how it is working. (Set to fish both sharks and swordfish/tuna by default now.

Not bad so far. Your standards are a bit off and the others will notice that when you apply. Also I think if you changed your FishFinder uptext to just something like

if WaitUpTextMulti(['Net', 'et '], 555) then//With the other options for uptext it will find everything with those colors and those uptext resulting in the multiple types of fish getting caught

Then you will only fish sharks(or whatever is under that option). Otherwise you are looking good so far. Try adding SRL stats next.

Thank you for the feedback Hero. How hard will they hit me on my standards you think? Because honestly I'm quite horid when it comes to that for some reason. SRL stats shouldn't be too hard I don't think and I'm thinking an auto-updater might be a nice perk as well.

so does this actualy work cause im having like the worlds biggest ejaculation to this, i mean seriously haven't seen a shark fisher in forever.

It works, it is currently fishing both sharks as well as tuna/sword fish but that can be easily set to only sharks or only sword fish. I been testing on an account with 76/77 fish and had it catch 180/h average so it's not bad at all. Standard anti-ban and all that, if you like it, rep me :)

anyway i tried this out and works good, but it can use some better shark detection sometimes goes and fishes swordies and tuna.

Hey how's the script going? made any new improvements? I havent had the time to test it recently.

Implimented SRL Stats, fixed the proggy a bit, made it smoother, added a few failsafes and such. Not too much as I haven't gotten any complaints here and my tests have all ran well. Overall I'm happy.
Tell me your experience if you do any testing :)

EDIT: Also… it right clicks the fishing spot and clicks Harpoon like it should, but it does it even when it's already fishing and thus making it stop fishing so it has to click the fishing spot all over again possibly change that? :)

Brow, the latest version is set to only fish sharks, to set it to fish sharks only or swordies/tuna only you have to go to the uptext detection in the fish finder function and change the detection. I believe you change the detection from 'Net' 'et' to 'Cag' 'age' if you want to detect sword fish and leave the net variations if you only want to catch sharks. The DTMs are mostly used for the proggy and counting the fish before it banks to ensure it has a good invent. The clicking is a antiban of sorts, I know when I get bored and I am not catching fish I'll click the spot again to reset the fishing at points. It can be altered by changing the wait time that is under the log in details in the setup portion of the script, just increase the wait time after catching a fish.

Ok thanks for the reply but another thing I noticed when trying to run it last night was when the fishing spot moved out of sight, it just kept right clicking a spot that was in sight… then moving the cursor to left and repeating over and over lol… Since then I haven't tried running it. I will be sure to try again later on :)

It will do that from time to time unfortunately, if it does that too many times it will eventually reset its spot and walk to another in an attempt to find one.
