When you make a new account, you're given RS Members for 2 weeks, even if you don't use a referral.

I just made a new account and it gave me 2 weeks members.

I think that the 10% xp bouns trick is done via this, so it's already in the public section ;)

I have a bad feeling about this - goldfarmers mass make new trial accounts -> take the sudoku public script -> ???? -> profit?

at least there's the issue of getting the requirements for sudoku first, might hold 'em back >_>

It's easy to bot the requirement for the Feud anyway. 30 Thieving and enough combat to kill the boss. It takes maybe some 8-12hours, if you powerlevel your way?

Let's not forget there are also many other no requirement methods yielding 300k+/h, swamp toad, swamp tar, whiteberries. The list goes on.

I really don't like the sound of this.

I had this idea with honeycombs but for personal wealth :p

I just get the feeling that leeching will be out of control once this is known by the general public of leechers. Every no/low requirement p2p money making method will be spammed in the script requests section, and whatever public scripts will be leeched like hell.

I think I am being a conspiracy theorist here, but it just sounds like a great plot to lay ambush for an upcoming mass-ban

Nice to see Jagex giving people some more motivation to play runescape :p

Don't forget that they're monitoring gold-farming very closely. They probably only felt safe allowing people to have a trial members period because of this.

Haven't heard of any members receiving bans post-nuke.

All bans I've seen are F2P.

Couldn't we abuse the new 'Squeal of Fortune' with loads of accounts?

E: I thought I would try my f2p army luck to get items worth upgrading for I noticed the accounts in my army which used @10minutemail do not get to try this minigame..

But if you do, youll also have to kill two level 75 ncp's

You need some combat to do that, I guess magic would be easiest since it's easy to bot magic up. I finished it with blast spells.
