I think it's always cheaper to buy own, unless they are cheaper somehow due to wholesale and shiz.
Guess it's a nice thing to do if you don't know how/want to build own and have the cash for it, definitely better than factory built computer :D.

No, I was more referring to the paint jobs that they can do. They use car paint my dad said (he got this information from his professor).

Well for a long time he worked as every type of manager in a number of hotels and spent most of the years as a General Manager of Marriot (in Livermore, since I know you're in Tracy) and Hampton (in Stockton or Modesto?)…however, after 9/11 the hotel industry has not been the same and when he got laid off it was hard for him to find a job. He is a double amputee missing his left hand and foot. He is now going to school to get his Masters in Social Work so that he can be a counselor or something for disabled people and others :).

I was playing around and I managed to get one of the desktops up to $22k+. Laptop max around $5-6k.

Seems like they charge A LOT for the work itself…

Don't buy from there, you are paying 100's of EXTRA money just for the brand name. You can buy the cases from somewhere else for prob $200, which is still a lot cheaper.

Their cases are custom made so you can't buy them somewhere else. Go look at the gallery. That is the main reason I posted this because I thought that was neat that you could get cases painted like that :).

This company has been around since 1992, and if you look in their FAQs they even state that if you know how to build your own then they probably aren't for you..
