SRL Archive - RS3 Outdated / Broken Scripts

What it does: It makes any potion that both items are "Use" uptext items for example unf irit and eye of newt would make a potion however "eat" items that are secondaries do not work. Works great for unf pots. Please try, works great!

setup: Place player next to an npc bank for example it works in varrock banks or edgeville banks (not chests). Have your herbs and vials in the first two slots of you bank. (It doesnt matter the tab just have the tab open. Put in the number of loads you would like it to run for.

Currently it does about 2600 pots an hour works great!

Kinda scary, I make unfin pots and It's not possible to know how many loads I'll do because I'll always have extra herbs from scroll of cleansing, So it might just continue to try to make pots when there is no more herbs. Also the banking could be a tad bit faster. Other than that, Its pretty good :)

1400 in a half hour? That's roughly 2800 an hour?!! You sure you're doing the calculations right?

100 % sure test it your self I just set it to do 100 loads hope you like it ;)

What kind of potion?

Read the setup all potions that both the items are "use" items ex all unf pots, prayer pots, etc

soo my idea was since the eye's of newt are also 'use'…

*soo when its done making the 14unf. in the invt.
*then go in back
*takes eyes
*add them to the 14 unf.
*and then bank em…

just make it 1back slot: vials 2nd:herb 3rd: last thing needed (in my case eyes of newt)

Or you can set your bank so the first four spots are : vials of water, irits, then have at least 1unf pot , then the eyes of newts just make sure there are equal amounts of each thing so it will use both the first items up at the same time. Tell me if you think it's good ;)

well it will never finish at the same time… since some times u use one herb for 2 unf.'s… same is for eyes of newt.

also my stop all the time… dont click anything… and then gets to the lobby and stop :S

I just figured out why it ends after 30 mins for you its because you need to set the load amount to something higher than 100 fail :p

Yes on line 103 it says: until(x > 84)
change that to something like 95, 90, or 100 play around with it make sure to stop script and rerun after you change it each time. hope it helps

i guess it runs the 6 hours all the time with no prob. because that im making 50k unf.'s atm… after ill have to make them to potions…. which means ill get exp for it… soo ill get randoms all the time! :D

I think you might have changed something try redownloading it and run it again please post back if it still doesnt work or feel free to pm me.

Just wondering before I download. Does it make sure that if it messes up banking that it will try again so the script doesn't stop? Also does it have a mechanic to make it able to realize when it has less then 14 of a supply in the bank? So that I wouldn't have to enter how many to make.

Nope You have to enter then exact number of loads or it will keep trying to mix them even if they arent vials and herbs or what ever you are using. And It will keep trying to find a banker doesn't work at chests works great at varrock east bank. ;) enjoy

Sometimes it will take out a load but not make unf pots and wait a few secs..bank and then take out another load and make pots. Does it about every 80-100 pots but no biggie still love it :spot:

Things I've noticed:

2) On higher-ping worlds, sometimes it attempts to click the "make x potion" button too quickly, and clicks in the chat window before the button appears.

And, of course, no fail-safes for running out of herbs if one were to fail-math. However, I think some issues are a good thing in public scripts, so people are less likely to leech without contributing. :)

Just a question, will this support the making of super to extreme?
I know this is probably a simple question which you may or may not have answered but i am planning on making like 500-1k extreme sets, to turn into overloads, which at this point in time, i believe Sin is the process of making a script to convert extreme sets into Overloads, due a request made by me.

Currently I believe not what ingredients are you talking about if both items are use items it will work. For overloads it is not supported because isn't that combining "drink" items. I'm am pretty sure it will make all supers though. Tell what you find out ;)

Extremes are made from a super and herb or secondary

Just have the super as the first spot in your bank and the herb in the second and it will work ;) or atleast it should :) please tell me if it does

the best herb script in my opinion

@beaver: Honestly, I think doing it at soulwars makes it more likely to be caught, as most the people there are botting. Having the option though, would be nice (to avoid randoms).

I will add soon will be out tomarrow as its already late, I added sw bank to my hunter kit script and it will be the same. Glad to hear you all like it ;)

well, this script works ok, but small lil problem, which makes a huge difrence, cos my simba laggy like hell, it will only make lik 9-10 pots and then bank, but the thing says, that it makes 14 pots, so pots per hour will lie a lot.

Change the value at line 103. I have mine set at 'til(x > 115)' atm. That gives me enough time to mix all pots.

if u read the post literally 3 before you you would know how to fix that and btw it is pretty flawless…

As someone already said, it seems to bank when I have 5 more pots to make, other then that seemed flawless.

Color bots dont do most randoms. sorry. They will just loggout when in a random.

Works great, love the simplicity. Wish it would use soulwars chest for no randoms though.

I actually made it with sw bank like a week ago I forgot i never released sorry ;) enjoy

Also forgot to mention that I made a ton of extremes with this. Just got to put the potion in the first slot and the other ingredient in the second slot and it works easy as. So i guess you can make pots that have an edible ingredient just gotta put them in the right spot.

I've never put anti-leech on my scripts but I may start ;) glad to see you are all on your toes. I probally wont put anti-leech in the next version but i'll see how this works out if alot of people complain I may not add anti-leech, cause I know its boring to try to read though and fix stupid things ;)

^ :P i just compared 1.1 with 1.2 :P noticed the 4 on 1.2 and the 14 on 1.1 then noticed it was mising the wait and the other withdrawl, so i put 2 n 2 together and got 4 :D

Does this script support the making of extreme ranging pots? B/c grenwall spikes stack

If there are two ingredients then it should work just put vials of stuff in first and slot and the spikes in the second spot. Just test it out and see what works.

Two small problems with the new version:
- When it banks, it will only grab 4 out at a time.
- I'm currently doing attack potions for 99 herb, but.. when the bot takes the newts out, it doesn't grab (unf) guam potions..

I'll continue to use this script on the version 1.1, but I can't wait until these problems are fixed on the updated version! Thanks again for making this script.. If anyone knows how to fix this, could you please post how? Thanks, I'm not very good at scripting!

it doesn't have support for potions like extreme or spec restore.
I am trying to level with spec restores which require you to right click the potion/papaya fruit and click use as the left click option is just drink/eat.

Try removing simba, and all the installs you have. Then re-install. Make sure you follow ALL of the steps in the official setup guide. If you follow all those steps, you shouldnt have a problem.

The point of an anti leech is for people that just want to use the script but dont want to learn to script, to not be able to use the script.
Its VERY simple, and just basic logic can get you through the anti leech.

well, i dont even know, did i remove the antileech or not, but atleast i got it working :D, and my basic logic sucks anyways, the thing is, allmost all the time, when something is broken or wrong and i try to fix it, then when i have fixed it, i dont even know about it :D, cos always when i fix something and it even works (like this script) im not sure is it repaired or not :D

Great script, runs flawlessly. Averages around 12,000 per 6 hours for me. Only script I've used that's simple and doesn't have failsafes littered all over it and custom methods to have it mess up at inopportune times. Keep up the great work.

See that is what I try to tell people their all like omfg this script is going to be bad cause it is so small. I dissagree I feel the simple well working scripts own. ;) happy you all like!

Suggestion is to make it check where it's at in the script.. Instead of it all being based on time. If it lags it just keeps going even if it's not doing what it's supposed to do.. Meaning it will keep clicking in the order it's supposed to, without the script doing anything.

most recent version (on super defence) doesn't bank the made vials so im using the 1.1 script in east varr which works but it banks again when its only done 9/14 pots, otherwise it's a good script

Ya depending on if you lag or not it will change If it banks too early.
Furture plan: add global var for the wait times (will add in next update ;))

Great Script mate! Thanks a ton.

Only problem I have is it pulls out 14 unf and 14 ingredients but it does about 8 of them and goes back to the bank every time. (Script overall is easy to setup and runs smooth though)

Update to v1.4 and mess around with the timer until you get it set right ps every 1 on the wait timer is 100ms. Hope you all like my script ;)

Um maybe read the set up at the top of the script I just added a wait timer so just change it so it will bank right for you. The higher the number the longer it waits. It is 100 ms for ever 1 on the timer

Woops, I figured it out. It's working great, but sometimes after uses item-1 with item-2, it clicks the box where the 'make all' should be before it actually appears (due to 3 fps….). I'm looking at the waits and what now, I'm sure I'll figure it out. Thanks for making an awesome scripts – I plan to make lots of money with unfinished potions here. :)

I kinda of noticed that everytime it goes to click on MAKE ALL Potions, it clicks exactly the same spot over and over again. Isnt that going to be noticable? Or is this just me paranoid or something?

how do i change it so it right clicks use because im making special recvs?

It clicks the vials and herbs and then moves the mouse to the right, never clicks the 14.
If someone knows what's up that'd be cool.

Having the same issue iFluffy not sure why though, script used to work fine. hopefully a fix soon :D

That's weird I just ran it and it had no problem clicking the 14s….. are you sure that your items are in the first two slots of your bank? and are more than just the two ……. noobies (for lack of other words) having the same problem? could you maybe give me some more info?

It right clicks the herbs/vials it just then moves the mouse to the middle of screen w/bank still up but it never clicks on 14, the repeats 10 times or so then stops.

So I woke up this morning pissed because I looked at my computer and my bot wasn't running… I thought it would be like every other script I tend to run and had stopped running, only to find out this script ran through all my potions in one night. A fucking plus!!! Excellent script!

I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but right before it banks, it stats rotating the camera, and it does this for about 15 seconds. Then, stops and banks. Then repeats.

You put the items in the first 2 spots of the bank tab.
Also make sure you edit the script where it says:

Please change to how many you want to do before it stops

And if you use the soulwars chest make sure you have this:

BankOption = 1;

Hi Jeff,

The script works fine for making unfinished vials with herbs. However, I had a problem adding eye of newt to unfinished guam vials.

The script half-way through an inventory of making the attack potions banks. It reports that it did the full 14 potions, but it does roughly half of them. This is at Soul Wars chest.

It seems like this thread should shed some light onto your problem. I haven't had any errors yet.

By the way, the script is great so far. It has been running for over 3 hours.

1k per hour? did you change the waiter too long? because I get like 2.5k pots an hour…. however making finished pots is slower than making unf pots. Just so you know.

Bug btw: add failsafe for when it's trying to click on making the potion when the screen comes up.

for the people who are having problem with making pots, here's what i did to fix the problem.

line 14: WaitTimer = 120;
line 107: Wait(RandomRange(900, 1000));

you can leave the waittimer to whatever it was before if ur not having problem with mixing all the incredients.

the reason it doesnt click the mix pots option sometimes because it clicks first before that option shows up so to fix this you have to increase a delay a little bit. I found 900,100 did it.

any one have a guide on how to do this because it always fails for me. I just downloaded simba today so im kinda new. I have all the basics just dont no how to download a bot and put the scipt on runescape. please help thx

Works great for me! but there is 1 small bug. it widraws 14 (unf) potions and 14 other materials but he only makes 7 potions.. before it can make a 8th potion he will depost it on bank and widraw another 14 and so on.

this works good but only one thing i found wrong, sometimes when it withdraws pot(unf) and second ingredient it just sits there and doesn't click the "make all" option, then it obviously knows when the wait interval is over then deposits inventory takes out another 14 of each and goes back to normal, but this problem happens more then my liking :[

I see that the timer for when to bank(in top of the script) is set to 50.
Does this mean each time its waiting for the exact same time for when to bank =0?
This would be very suspicious, wouldn't it?

And lowering it means it will bank faster right =) ?

this is an AWESOME SCRIPT! with 20 mins of tinkering ive got this making overloads flawlessly. and i have never once scripted in my life….very very easy to get this thing customised to what you want it to do. in answer to every idiot out there saying "wtf! it only makes 7 pots then banks"/ read the Fu*&^%$ script for once….the 14th line clearly says

-soooo, if you LAG ALOT (like i do)..make it higher!!!! i set mine to 125-130 when making 14 pots, and 20 when making 4 pots (overloads)

Deleting lines isn't a good way to go about debugging… Have you installed SRL and everything?

"Loads = " means how many potions you want it to make before it loggs out not overloads.

love the simplicity of this script so easy to use and understand got me 96 herblore finally can use overloads:)

How do I make it so it waits about .5-1 sec later before clicking the "make all" option? sometimes I have laggy internet and it clicks there before the option comes up and then just rebanks after 20 secs.

Also I noticed this script DOES NOT work well with SMART MANAGER. Crashes often (10+) and when I log in it keeps clicking the new banner ad about 15 sof spins with buying a 90 membership. and internet explorers keep popping up. Also when I manually log-in it doesn't continue doing potting…. if I open bank it does pin and one inventory of ingredients and then stops working?

Script was working fine before smart manager…

Also how do I set it up on smart manager so it restarts everytime there's a script crash, client token error, game session expired? Also can it hop worlds if there's too many log-ins?

take the time mate, medium lamps give like 5k xp, got me a lot of summoning lvls by now.. 50spins takes like 2 minits & possibly u get like 50k xp

Hey! its a nice scripts, but i run into some problems.

first, let me say i DO have the wasteless herblore ability gained through dungeoneering.

now, the problem. The script banks after making only 8 potions. Im making combat potions. It withdrawls 14 harralander pots (unf) and 14 goat horn dust, and waits long enough to make 8 pots before banking again.

The script also should be fixed to click "redeem" on the SoF spin tickets! :)

I hope this can be fixes as i love the script!


EDIT: I have sufficiently enough fixed the "only 8 potions made" problem by setting the wait timer to 140 instead of 50. This will have to do for now. But the spin ticket issue is really a problem.

EDIT#2: actually setting the wait timer to 140 DOES NOT fix the problem because it also sets the click time in the "make x potions" timer to 140.

hey my bot does not put in my bank pin or go into the bank it just stands there but if i open the bank myself it makes pots but leaves pots in invy it doesnt bank or go back in to make more pots why is this?

I have exact same problem

when i run it, smart will open and once it checks for rs updates 100% i get a blank screen and the game crashes and i get a long error in the black output box thing

Did some fixes to work perfectly with SmartManager… here is how long its lasted suiciding(I stopped it now on purpose)

Will need to run it again soon

I don't remember if I posted before but I got 99 herblore using this script :)

It sometimes doesn't click on te potions so it waits out the time and banks the unf pots and secondaries and continues..

Just made some additions to this script myself, faster banking and a little bit of debugging and improvement to a few functions.

Just change the wait timer to something higher then it will finish on time for you.

I like the script but sometimes it withdraws the materials to make the potion and hovers the cursor over the "make potions" thing but then it deposts it all again. But then it continues like normal. Overall, a really nice script.

Its because of the lagg RS has due to many bots online at some parts of the day. There is a timer you can play with in the script.

Correct there is a timer you can "play with" but the lag is mostlikely not due to "bots" it is due to either you slow computer or poor connection to which ever server you happen to be on. ;)

ps unf pots are faster than potions and the script timer is set for unf pots…. I think you can figure it out from there ;)

Thanks! The only issue I have is that sometimes the script clicks the 'make all' button too fast and it doesn't send the info to the servers. Otherwise it's a great script for herblore

set it even higher something like 300 or something play around with it you could try 3000 see how you computer works

Frequently misses the "make all" and just waits to deposit herbs + vials again.

Use this for making unfinished potions:
WaitTimer = 50;

Use this for making finished potions:
WaitTimer = 120;


If you leave it at 50 for making for finished pot, the script will make about half of the potions then bank again. Also just hit 94 herb!

I decided to test your script for herby and I can say it runs very well. It did take a little while to adjust my "lag" for the invy but I think I got it squared away. However it fails to click the make button quite often, is there a fix for this?

Line 105:

Wait(RandomRange(800, 900));

change to something like:

Wait(RandomRange(1000, 1100));

Go to RS via your internet browser, log in, go to world select, sort worlds by ping, see which ones have lowest ping, remember those/write down (somewhy it wont show ping in SMART), use those worlds when you log in via SMART.

E: getdropped69, I just updated to SMART v8.0 and the script is not working anymore, it fails to withdraw stuff from bank for starters (moves mouse around and withdraws random stuff).

It shouldn't…. I just read through smart 8.0 and it says there will be no need for rewriting scripts so…. its not the script its the user i think in this case ;) Just revert your simba back to use v7.2 until there is a clean update ready for everyone :p

Hey just started using simba and thought id try out your script first but everytime i start running it it just withdraws the secondary ingredient and then clicks the help button in bank. Any ideas? I want to get it running so i can spend some time on the forums

script is amazing working fast and flawless but i dont understand why it cant stop working if you are out of herbs, it keeps clicking on any two items for 1-2 hours

When I attempt to run this, it brings the rs client up, but then immediately says the following:

I have a suggestion though. It would be nice to add a fail safe. Having the possibility to make the script stop by itself when you run out of ingredients. It doesn't look very human like to be trying to mix bronze hatchets with iron darts for hours. If we can turn it on and off, I'm sure everyone would be pleased. It's a fairly simple thing to add to the script too (about 4 lines).

EDIT: Nevermind my suggestion. I just realized the script terminates if it can't find the Make All box. Very nice solution… much better than if the inventory isn't full as it let you do multiple orders if you want. Great job.

That was my noob friendly update ;) but honestly you should ever "run out" because you should put in the amount of loads you want it to complete….. but I did add it as a fail safe :p glade to hear you like it.

right clicking someone has never happened to me….. im not really sure why it is happening to you…. the suggested areas are sw bank and varrock west bank. and as for it trying to mix finished pots with herbs read the setup and make sure you first to spots in you bank slot are the herbs and unf pot or are herbs and vials of water….. and as for the random slot items… i always pick the two together when i was doing it legit =/ you could do that if you want up to you. The mostlikely reason it wont find the banker is because the background behind the uptext makes it hard to read that is why you should try using sw bank or varrock west. Please feel free to post any other problems and concerns you have thank you ;)

Great to hear hopefully it is working well for you now. Sorry to be so aggressive with the comment I just tried tomake the last version as noob friendly as possible and i was stunned by the issues :p ah well hope please feel free to post any other issues though it will help me to make it even more noob friendly in the future ;)

Would it be possible to change the WaitTimer constant to a variable that is assigned every time the Mix procedure is ran?

So instead of being, for example, 130 every time it could be like RandomRange(130, 150) and do you think this would actually make this any less detectable?

could you make it failsafed? i mean sometimes it doesnt winthdraw vials or herbs and then it stops and loggs out

I changed 2 things:
1. Trimmed the wait timers in bank function and mix procedure
2. Deleted the report procedure, since it was useless to me and saved me 1% of CPU.

How this caused the problem? No idea atm. But then again, im not much of a scripter too :D .

So,… does this also support Barbarian mixes?

Just redo the compiling.

It sometimes does that, and if you keep trying it will work.

If it doesn't work after 2-3 tries, restart Simba.

If then it doesn't work, just remove the smart and Simba processes altogether in the task manager.
(I normally also delete the temp smart file.)

After that it should again, work!

Found a slight and rare flaw:
when making potions, my user RARELY (but still) receives a SOF ticket to the 15th inv slot (row 4, column 3). Instead of claiming, the script continues and tries to use slot 14 with 15 and fails infinitely.

It's all just timing for errors people are getting, I guess that's good XD I haven't used this in a while hope you are all still getting good pots/hr :)
