as everyone knows how proccesor heavy color bots are, I wonder why cant Gpus be utilised to run the color bots? is it impossible?

I think you misunderstand the use of GPUs.
They are part of the hardware of a computer, graphic/image wise.

Well currently everything is set to work on safe mode (which doesn't use (much?) GPU) and CPU only.

There are some colors/info set specifically for these settings coded into SRL (and scripts).

If we were to change to regular mode, or open GL mode, or Direct X mode etc etc, a lot of things would need to be reworked.

Also every computer has a decent processor cabeable of running rs (or multiple rs), but not all have a good gfx card.

It's best to have SRL/all scripts coded for runescape settings which all computers can handle and run.
