Rarebot not debugging properly? [With Pic]

I am on Windows 7 and rarebot is always a hit and miss for me. Sometimes the debugging works (making scripts work) but other times the debugging stops working (scripts dont work).

How do I fix this problem.
Below is a picture of me setting the bot option to show all debugging but it only debugs animation and fps and does not debug things like npcs and objects.

I think anyone who post's "Help with Rarebot" should be temporarily suspended for stupidity.
