Alright so one part of my screen is broken, so I can't click the button to continue setup as my cousin decided to resetup it yesterday. -.- Any idea how to rotate the screen or get pass the setup progress?

Well…there is an option that can be used to rotate screen.
- Definition
- General
- Accessibility
- Assistive Touch (turn it on )
- Then click on the icon it appears on screen
- Dispositive
- Rotate Screen

How did you break your iPad in the first place? Those things are like $500. I would treat it better than a newborn baby :P
